Communication was super poor with this manufacturer, the first sales rep was super good and one of the reasons i choose them for our needs. She ended up leaving the company part way through our order. Even though I acknowledge that the sales rep that replaced her was put in a tough situation, our needs were pushed to the side and it was tough to get our order that we already paid for shipped. I will not be using them for our future needs.
